Understanding Services:

Here at Love Purple Daisys, we are dedicated to providing high-quality services that leaves everlasting impressions.

We have two Service Technicians: Olga Smith ( Skilled Makeup Artist) and Angelae Smith ( Licensed Esthetician)

 

The address will be sent within 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time. If you do not receive an email within this timeframe contact us at Angelaesmith27@gmail.com or fill out a contact request form. 

 

Due to limited seating, we strongly encourage our clients to bring no additional guests. We withhold the right to deny entry and ask additional people to leave.

We do understand that people with disabilities may need the support of others. In this scenario, we strongly encourage one to two additional guest. We also ask that anyone underage of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and will be asked to sign a one-time service consent form.

 

Understanding Facial Treatments

In order to receive facial treatments all clients will be asked to sign E-document which grants permission to perform facial services and acknowledges liability.

This document will include an overview of service, treatment consent form, and client intake.

How to prepare for flawless Makeup Application?

To achieve better results please come with your eyebrows groomed (tweezed, waxed, trimmed and/or threaded). A well as cleansed with a facial soap, exfoliate, and tone.

 

 

Understanding Payment 

Love Purple Daisys offers various payment methods at checkout, please choose the one that work best for you. To ensure the security of our transactions, payments are only conducted through our website and with our contracted providers, any other method of payment will not be accepted. We ask that all services be paid in full prior to scheduled appointment time. Please understand that payment is non-refundable, but can be credited towards future services at our discretion.

Cancellation 

If you must cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time via email @Angelaesmith27@gmail.com or contact us (985) 240-5157. 

If applicable, appointments can be rescheduled to a later date or time with an additional fee of $25. 

Tardy 

If you are 10 minutes late an additional $25 late fee will be charged prior to service being provided. If you are 30 minutes or more late to your appointment, your session will be canceled. If the service provider cancels, your payment will automatically be fully refunded to the charged account.

Off-Day Bookings

Any appointments made on off-days or after hours (hours vary for service providers) will be asked to pay an additional fee. Makeup rates start at $125 .
