UNDERSTANDING RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked (dated) within 15 days of the original purchase date. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds after 15 days.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

When you return your purchase to LovePurpleDaisys.com by mail , you will receive a full/partial refund minus the cost of shipping to your original payment method for the price of the item(s). Example: You purchase (3) items but are only returning (2), you will be refunded for those (2) items only, minus the cost of shipping.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or credited:

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or credited.

Used or open Items can not be returned or credited.

Items that are being returned outside of the postmarked date can not be returned or credited.

A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returns exceeding a total of $39.

Suspected fraudulent purchases will be blocked and permanently banned from making purchases with us.
RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, email Angelaesmith27@gmail.com to obtain a return confirmation and shipping label. Please in your email include your proof of purchase (order number).

After you have received the confirmation email from us, place the item securely in its original packaging and permitted shipping packaging for USPS.

Seal the box and drop the package off at any United State Postal Service.
*Please note, Return shipping charges will be paid by us.
REFUND PROCESS
After we have received your return and inspected the condition of your item(s), if applicable, We’ll process your return for the accurate purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. Please allow at least 3 days to process your returns. We will notify you by email with the status of your return. Please understand that once refund is issued it may take up to 3-10 days billing cycle to appear on your bank/card statement, depending on your banking company.
CANCELLATION/ADD-ONS
Once you have received the tracking number, you can not proceed with cancellation. This order will now be considered a return and must be processed as such, refer to our return process for further details. Any orders canceled after the 24hour mark will be charged a restocking fee of 25% of your total purchase cost. Add ons are available before tracking number is sent.
Understand that occasionally Items are subject to cancellation if any of the following occurs:
Ex: Item is completely out of stock, fraud, customer cancellation
